About Me

As an innately compassionate person, I have always been interested in the deeper layers of the human experience and have been on a life long search for meaning. My pursuit of psychotherapy studies at The Gestalt Institute of Toronto stems from these two fundamental truths about me. It was there I learned to feel my emotions, trust my body, and allow my sensitivity to show up in how I help others.


With curiosity and empathy, I will hold a space for you to explore your struggles, without judgement and with the focus on what they mean to you. I understand the value of quiet reflection and contemplation, and I offer a compassionate, gentle approach that respects your unique needs and pace. I believe that you are the expert of your own life and through building awareness and support you will find more meaning and fulfillment in your life.

In addition to my psychotherapy qualifications, I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Masters in Communication and Culture from TMU and York University.

When I'm not working, I enjoy cycling, playing basketball and soccer, and spending time with my big, loveable American Bulldog, Frankie.

An important part of successful therapy is finding the right therapist for you and your particular needs. I offer a free phone consultation so we can get a sense of each other. My focus is to learn more about you and why you are coming to therapy. You will be able to ask any questions you may have about me or the therapeutic process. We will then book a time to meet in person to explore if we are a good fit for each other.

Fees & Fine Print

After our free phone consultation, I charge $150.00 (HST included) for a 50-minute session. I have a few sliding scale spots available, please ask.

I require 24 hours notice for cancellation or the full fee will be charged. This allows me time to fill the space I had reserved for you. Thank you for your consideration.
